Customer Area
You can log in to create your free Customer Area account to manage your quotes and policies online.
Once logged in, you can:
- View, download, or resend policy documents.
- Change travel dates.
- Cancel your policy.
- Update your medical declaration by adding new conditions or medications.
- Pay securely online if your policy price changes.
If you need to remove or amend incorrect medical declaration, please call our Customer Service team, who will be happy to help.

How To Contact Us If You’re Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing or Speech-Impaired
Phone calls are an important way for many of our customers to get in touch, receive a travel insurance quote, and protect their holidays. To make this easier, we offer two ways to contact our Customer Service team if you are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired.
Relay UK App
- Download the Relay UK app and link it with your phone number.
- You can then call our team to discuss your policy or quote.
- The app allows you to read what our advisors say and respond by speaking or typing.
Textphone (Minicom or Uniphone)
- If you prefer not to use a mobile phone or computer, you can use a textphone instead.
- Dial 18001 followed by 0208 103 8259 to connect with a Relay UK assistant.
- Once connected, you can type of speak with one of our advisors, and the Relay UK assistant will relay the messages back and forth.
We apologise for any delays during busy periods, but we will always do our best to respond to your call or query as quickly as possible.
Bereavement Service
If you need to inform us that a loved one has passed away, we are here to help. Firstly, we are very sorry for your loss.

They can also ensure that any non-essential correspondence is stopped.
Medical Screening
Medical Quotes
If you are interested in purchasing a policy, you will be required to declare all travellers’ medical conditions. You can do this online by clicking ‘Get a Quote’, entering your details, and following the quote process, which will guide you through the medical declaration.
If you have any questions, you can chat with us using the button at the bottom right of your screen during the quote process. Alternatively, you can contact us on 0208 103 8259 and hold the line to speak to a member of our team.

Change In Health
If you need to declare a change in health, you can do so online by logging into your customer area account, or by creating a free account. If you would prefer to speak to a member of our customer service team to declare conditions, you can contact us on 0208 103 8259 and hold the line to speak to a team member.
